1. Service provider
This website is operated by Harsh Vikram Arora, an independent educator and mentor based in Delhi NCR, India. References to universities, employers, qualifications, professional bodies or examinations are descriptive only and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
2. Services and price
The standard bookable service is one-to-one online educational mentoring at US$50 per 60-minute session. Customers paying through the Indian Razorpay checkout are charged a total price of ₹4,500 per 60-minute session. The total payable and currency are shown before payment; no shipping charge applies.
Mentoring may cover actuarial education, examination planning, technical learning, career direction, professional development, project feedback or a related educational topic agreed before the session. Other learning sessions and workshops are offered only by prior enquiry and written quotation.
3. Educational nature of the service
Mentoring is educational and advisory. It is not recruitment, placement, legal, tax, financial, investment, medical or psychological advice. Payment does not guarantee:
- an examination pass, score or professional qualification;
- admission, employment, interview, promotion or visa;
- acceptance by an employer, university, professional body or regulator; or
- any particular career, business or financial outcome.
You remain responsible for your own study, applications, decisions and results.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. A person under 18 may use the service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who should make the booking and payment where required.
5. Booking and payment
An enquiry does not reserve a time. A booking is confirmed only after the topic and appointment are agreed, payment is received successfully, and written confirmation is sent. Payments are processed through Razorpay or another provider identified on the payment page.
You must provide accurate contact, time-zone and booking information. The meeting link and session details will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp number supplied during booking.
6. Attendance and conduct
You are responsible for joining on time with a suitable device and internet connection. If you join late, the session will ordinarily end at its original scheduled time. Respectful conduct is required.
The service will not involve impersonation, cheating, or completing an examination, application, assignment or assessed work dishonestly on your behalf. A session may be ended for abusive, unlawful or dishonest conduct; no refund is due for the portion already delivered.
Neither party may record a session without the other party’s prior consent.
7. Materials and intellectual property
Notes, slides, worksheets, templates, recordings and other materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Unless stated otherwise, material supplied during a session is licensed only for your personal educational use and may not be copied, resold, published or distributed without written permission.
8. Cancellations and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. It explains the 24-hour cancellation window, no-show treatment, educator cancellation, service failure and refund-processing time.
9. Delivery and technical interruptions
All services are delivered digitally as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. If a material technical problem attributable to the educator or the selected meeting platform prevents delivery, the affected time will be extended or rescheduled without additional charge. If the service cannot be delivered, you may choose a full refund.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Full card, bank-account and authentication credentials are not stored on this website.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, total liability relating to a paid session will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Changes, governing law and disputes
These terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The version published when you book will apply to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the court or forum having lawful jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights.
